Most don’t test where it’s illegal too. If so you wouldn’t have much options for employees. I understand testing if there is an accident at work but it’s useless otherwise.
Back in the day when I used to partake (70s - 80s) our weed sure didn't smell like it does today.
It’s legal here but still federally it’s not so employers can still fire you for it

I’m in Denver, always a part on 4/20 and hotel is sold out as usual. Pretty crazy, lot of marijuana smoked here on 4/20.
Dispensary here gave out free quarters to 1st 100 people in line. Too bad i was at work... Lol
Hour and a half and I can have mine. I only take mine before bed for pain and my brain so I can sleep maybe. I usually stay up just a little after so I can feel it sinking in, not gonna lie, it’s enjoyable to just mellow from my insane brain. It’s the only time I EVER use, but it’s a life changer for me.
