Must be loose standards judging by the aroma I get when traffic is backed up while I am out working in the boat. Funny when I worked for GM I used to ship air bags and inflators. They had Class 9 Classification. Used to get tested every year. Of course I was a Good Kid then.

If you do a google search and ask why is 4/20 national pot smoking day you will find more than one reason. The oldest seems to be a group of high school kids that would meet after school was over and it was always 4:20 pm when they would meet. Not only was their meeting place at the same time it was always at the same place. Their meeting place was a wall, so they called themselves the Waldo's. Later on one of the kids became a roadie for the band The Grateful Dead. He shared his story of how he and his buddies use to get stoned every day after school at that 4:20 pm at the wall they would meet at. Soon after that the bassist for the band declared 4:20 pm as the official time to get stoned. Over the years it morphed into a date of national pot smoking day.
Gonna throw some California 420 color baits to celebrate.

When I was in college classes were over by 4:00 and dinner didn't start until 5:00 so 4:20 was the time to get a buzz before dinner.
