Solix 12 imaging issues.

Having some issues with a new to me gen2 solix 12.

Running the latest update with a dedicated 16v lithium.
Defaults have been restored with no change.
Transducer is jackplate mounted, and leveled correctly.

Have thoroughly checked transducer pins, cable, and the transducer itself for any physical damage with nothing to report.

I'm having to run sensitivity in the 17-18 range and contrast down in the 7-8 range to get any sort of decent returns on SI and DI. Anything lower sensitivity wise and and the image gets very dark, very fast. I typically only shoot out 80' on SI, so range shouldn't be a factor here.

Anything deeper than 18' is almost useless. Frequency doesn't matter, it acts the same on all.
Image quality is poor at best.

Debating on ordering a new transducer or going ahead and sending it in, but wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience.

Have you talked with CS support?
I have the identical on the bow of my boat and it is networked to a Solix 15 gen2 on the dash. I'm running 31 series AGM by Interstate is my only difference. No issues.

Call customer service, I have had DI go out on Solix’ s . You my have to send in.
