Lowrance waypoint question

I’m cleaning up my waypoints and don’t know why I have some with numbers such as 122-3 and so on does that mean I have 3 of the same? Thanks in advance for any insight on this 🍺🍺

Common issue with lowrance, here's a thread with some good advice on how to clean them up... It's an older thread, but still applies. I went from 1600 down to around 500 or so after removing all the dups.

Good info I already got rid of all duplicates and purged the system but I still have some waypoints numbered like that so can I just delete the -3 part of them now?

Yes, once you have removed the dups, you can alter naming however you wish, ie dropping the -number, or renaming to be more descriptived, etc...
