Help with Aurora Cover on Jaguar

Need some ideas on how to fit an Aurora cover on a 2021 Jaguar DC.
I am familiar with Aurora covers, but this one seems to be about 2” short on width.
I can get one side to fit under the rub rail, but when I tighten down the ratchets, one side will pop up over the rub rail.
    never had this issue before.
any ideas would sure be appreciated.
    Thanks,

Mike, have you tried lowering the height of the front tent pole. It seems like that would allow a little more slack on the width.

No doubt they have little play. Be sure your running the nose forward enough and when the cover is adjusted it should slip right on. It will have to be stretched and mounted to take shape, then it will slip on with little room for error. The straps are very high tension, around 5,000 pounds, and you will not break them. Oil the stainless steel ratchets so the function smoothly.

Should cover fit with two bow graphs and a Helix 15 in place at console.

Your cover had to be made specifically for your graphs. there is a sheet when ordering where you list all electronics and bow TM

Never saw this sheet, so have to trust BCB on this point.
Bow seems to fit well. It is width across the boat that is problematic.

Did you add the passenger console after the fact? I had this problem with a zx skeeter that I bought.

    No,
all of my boats, going back to 1990, have been dual console.
