Anybody regretted buying 50 or 60 lithiums?

With money being super stretched, need some first hand experience. Anyone regretted buying two 12v 50 or 60ah batteries for a 24v trolling motor? If I have to wait for 100ah I will. Not interested if you have 36v. Thx.

To answer the question, nope.....i have 2 Ionic 50ah for my 24v Ultrex. They serve me well, BUT i dont fish like the next guy that needs to have the 100ah battery. It all depends on how you fish depends on what batteries you need. Have you ever killed your current regular batteries while fishing??

Been running Everstart 29 and only had them tired a couple times while mainly crappie fishing using Spotlock. But thinking of getting back into bass fishing and don't know that would work. Would have wind but no current.

50s. Wouldn't do it with a 24 volt unless your very conservative through the day.. 60s possible . I have set up quite a few w twin 60 ah . It's all about the conversation with the customer. We can get a feel for what you really need . We never try to oversell but some people just dont wanna hear that a set of 60s is not the best option for the way they fish the hours they fish and for the lakes they fish (high wind big waves) that they need 100's. I'd be happy to have a conversation with you talk about your current setup (batteries trolling motor and the way you fish) and give you my expert opinion.

I have a 125 amp hour for my 12 volt system so my 24 volt opinion is simply an opinion.

Buy once, cry once. You won't regret having too much battery. Get a couple 100's. It's only money.

I have 3 60ah Impulse also. Fish 8-hour tournaments most every month. No issues for me.

2 60 ah impulse on a 24v ultrex. Fished plenty of 8 hour days with zero issue. As a test this summer I fished 2 5-6 hour days back to back with no charge. No issue.

I made my decision based on space. The 60 ah are smaller and I was able to mount both them and my Power Pole pumps in the same area easily.

I fish tidal waters and I fish tournaments but I don't have spot lock. I have two 50's. If I have any trouble I'll buy two more and hook them series/parallel, but at this time no issues ever.
I'm a cheap skate have less than $650.00 in the batteries and the NOCO Lithium rated charger.

Ive been using 2 50AH ReLions since 2018. Only killed them twice in that time span. Have fished TX with no problems. First time they died I was trolling on high up and down canals looking for spawners from safe light till 2:30. Second time was on the second day on vaca at lake Hartwell.

I'm running 2x12V, 50amp Ionics with a 24V Ultrex. Fish dawn to dusk and the lowest I have gotten them to is 73%. Fishing mostly windy offshore.

Run a 24v Terrova on 2 60ah Amped Outdoors. Had them about a year and have never run out of power. 2 days before charging on shorter days. No regrets!

Fished a safelight to 3:00 pm derby today with my 50ah Ionic 24v and had 68% remaining at the end of the day. Used the rabbit button several times to run from point to point. Three Solix 10s MegaLive, Mega360, Ethernet box and RiteHite turret took my 100ah lithium down to 35%

I have a 24 volt trolling motor and purchased 2 50ah Ionics from Drewcraft. To say I am impressed with these batteries is a massive understatement. These things are unbelievable. I have ran my trolling motor hard for 10 hours on a rough lake and windy day and at the end of the day still have 70% charge left in both batteries. I have no regrets whatsoever in my purchase. I can't speak for other brands, but these Ionic batteries are impressive from my perspective. So much that I just purchased a 125ah for a starting/electronics battery.
