Best trolling motor for fishing grass?

I am upgrading my trolling motor before next spring and wondering if there is a better option than the ultrex? I have seen many post where people have said they have switched from ultrex and love it. I am just curious if the garmin and lowrance are just as powerful in the grass when you are busting thru the thick stuff. Any real world experience would be appreciated.

I hated my Ultrex in grass until I installed a Ninja Grass Blade. No issues at all after that. Just for reference, I was fishing a lot at Choke Canyon Reservoir in Texas at the time. Lake is full of grass.

Definately not the one with 360, Mega Live, and Target lock hanging off of it.

Ultrex is amazing in grass with the stock prop. Hard to believe the ninja could be better

Prop will make more of a difference than the trolling motor

Not sure what grass you fish in, but Hydrilla will wad up on an Ultrex prop like mad. I was to the point of stopping fishing on Choke as a result. Put the Ninja Blade on and no more issues.

Are you using one Blade or two?

I just have one. Two wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Fortrex - I've got a Ghost and thank god I don't fish much grass. 36V is better than 24V but old school is better.

Another vote for the ninja grass blade. Been using it for 10 years on 3 different trolling motors. Saves from cleaning it off 90% of the time.

I haven't noticed any difference between my Ultrex and the Fortrex it replaced! Both have been very good in the weeds for me?

Thank you everyone for the comments. The consensus seems to be that minnkota is best in the grass.
