It was pretty funny this last episode with Hallman he talked about how getting away from the dink and dunk has cost him badly this year. Pretty much every event he needed another keeper or two. I think going forward having 9 overall opens guys qualify with really mesh with his style better vs trying to end up top 3.

I think he finished ninth. Won like 6K. After 1.8K entry fee and gas and lodging he probably made maybe 3K. It’s a great start and it may shake off the mental blockers moving forward. Like golf when u get to the top level of golfers it’s 80% mental toughness imo. Unfortunately like poker tables, time to “double down” and payin to try again ��

Matt is in 3rd place currently in The last Open of the year at Rayburn making a little late season run !!!!What I have admired about Matt is his best time of the year is in the fall time which is when majority of guys struggle very interesting fact to know about Matt-keep it buddy and missing BTL hope we get a shit ton more new shows next week:)

This time of year and the dink and dunk really suits Matt's style. Honestly looking forward to seeing him commit to that style next year, the new opens format should suit him better.

I don't know if I'm getting my info from a different place but Hallman is in 10th not 111th and Pangrac is in a 4 way tie for 41st not 2nd or 3rd. As for Poche climbing into the top 10 I'm seeing him tied for 92nd...I actually want to see all 3 of them do very well but the one who I think is going to be in contention for the win is Texas hammer Todd Castledine who just happens to be Pangrac, Hallman and Upshaw roommates/running buddies.

This thread is covering 2 events. If you check the dates you can see it originally ended on Oct 8th but was revived today as today starts the last open of the year. And the posts were made today in the middle of a weigh in so spots changed until the weigh in was final and now the day 1 results are final so what you see now is legit. Until tomorrow afternoon.
