Yes that would be cool to have but the way I see some Mississippi HP’s drive it would be certain death for someone! We had one killed trying to chase someone down several years ago. He could have let someone pick up this guy later and still been with us. If I was a officer a chase would be only happening in the most serious of situations. And there are some. No doubt . I think they should just give it to me for safety reasons!

I heard they were going to put a rechargeable battery in it and solar panels on the roof, should be able to charge in 30-40 minutes to get back in the race and catch the bad guys.

Yeah there is a little place near me that has about 3 miles of interstate. In 1969 they got a pursuit special that was a Black and White 2 door Hemi Road Runner.

1977 Ringgold Ga bought a few new Trans Ams for cop cars. We did their oil changes and routine stuff at our then new high school auto shop. Most of the guys had a weapon in the back window of their truck at school and the cops let us have stuff line “open header day”…good times!
