Trying To Contact Ranger CS -- no answer -- What's UP ?

I've been trying to call Ranger CS for two whole days. The phone will ring 3 times and then it clicks over to a busy signal.
No incoming message or anything. The number I used is 1-417-873-4555

Anyone know anythng about this ?
