How is this boat thinking about taking a look at one this weekend with a 225 optimax Any things I need to look at? Or issues Thanks guys.

For one, I would have em put a 250 on it. I would think 225 will be way underpowered for a boat that big. They may tell u, oh it’ll be fine. And u, while new eyeing it, might think the same thing. But in the long run I’m sure ull regret not having a 250 on a boat that size. Other than that, very nice boats.

thank you for your response it’s a used boat so thr 225 is the only option.

Its atleast 12yo boat, I don’t think they will upgrade it.

Yea I caught that after I posted. I don’t know why, but I read the title as being the new xrt model. But I will stand by my statement of the x3 being one fine boat.

I have an '09 20x3 with a 250 Mercury. It's an awesome boat! Excellent riding and rough water hull! I have gotten mine to 71 by myself and 68 with a full tourny load. Definitely would recommend!
