My Ghost arrow is operating now completely backwards. It was operating fine and just randomly flipped to where the arrow is pointing backwards while going forwards. The arrow turns just fine and will rotate smooth just completely backwards. I took the cap and top off and the magnet is tight and aligned. Seems normal. Anyone experienced this?

This happened to mine a few weeks ago, it required a service center and they replaced a sensor, I’ve been out twice since and it works as it showed.
contact navico support and get it in for service
Thanks guys. I tried the videos above and it did not work. I am going to need to go to a service center and have repaired. They are stating something bad with a sensor pulley.
