    Procraft 200 Combo prop Question

I have a 1993 Procraft 200 Combo with a 1993 Mercury 150 XRI (Forrest L. Wood 25th anniversary edition "not sure that part matters"). I am currently running a Mercury Trophy Plus 4 blade 21 pitch prop "48-825934 21p" and only getting 4600rpm WOT and 44 GPS mph. I feel like I am leaving some meat on the table by not getting the rpms into the 5000s. The book says it should be 5000-5500. I do get a decent hole shot now and would really like to not lose much of that but realize sometimes gains on one end have losses on the other. Any suggestions that may help?

If your motor is healthy and getting full throttle, And your tach is correct, I'd try a 15P Revolution 4.

Thanks, I plan on going thru the steps for a complete tuneup in the near future and bought a second tach to do this so I can compare then. It does have a small issue with the 1st start of the day but seems to run good after it warms up. hopefully by then its not too cold to try the revolution out.
