I love having the dual rod straps when there is a lot of rods on the deck and im about to make a long run, especially in rough water
Just sharing , I get a lot of people asking what the extra strap is for, its also good for sliding the rods further forward

I've ALWAYS put the reels forwards of the original strap. The second strap can be useful to keep the rods in a big pile straight.
