Moldy/slightly discolored white section on seats

The sled spent too much time outside getting a new power head and a little glass work, grey section of the seats are fine but the white for some reason is moldy and slightly discolored. Not sure it'll clean up correctly which won't fly on my girl

Any suggestions on the best way to clean/re-brighten?
