    Frank Stong Memorial Tournament

Not sure how many of you have fished this before, but it is this weekend. All the entry fees go to support a scholarship fund that the KBN has in memorial of Frank Stong, who was a long time member and tournament director for the KBN.

It is a team tournament this Sat. at Big Hill. Here is a link to the entry form. The entry is just $40 with an optional $10 BB Pot. Not sure this year what the winners will receive, but there are several door prizes given away.

It was a beautiful morning on Big Hill. Parker and I had fun but were way short of winning.

Nice smallie. I wanted to come over but back said no go. Did they have a good turnout?

Not a bad turnout. Had 23 boats and 25 entries. Lots of donations and such. People missed out on some great prizes that were given away.

Looks like there's still a few good fish left in that lake. Been a long time since I fished it and if I remember right it was an interesting trip up the river, but a fun lake to fish and really cool campgrounds. What's the length limit there nowadays?

I think it is a slot 15" to 21" if you plan to keep fish. With a BassPass we are allowed to keep 5 over 15" with the delayed release.

That is worth way more than any cash prize. Congratulations on a great day with your son!
