I sleep from 2200-0300, then from 0400-0600. I’m not sure why

I have been retired 5 years and most of the time 5-6 hours a night. I try to go to bed around 11 if I go any earlier I just wake up in the middle of the night with the big eye.

    On average about 6 hours.

    My problem is staying asleep.

On a typical night I fall fall asleep 5-15 minutes after going to bed. Sleep anywhere from 1 1/2 to 4 hours and lie awake anywhere from 1-3 hours then usually fall asleep 1-2 hours before alarm goes off.

I have not found a reason for this as I am not worried or stressed about anything.

6 to 7 hours, with one interruption to pee.

Probably around 7, but never straight through. Always wake up once or twice to pee. It's annoying.

Like most others, I get around 6 hours. I usually get a 10 minute power nap around 2. Retired for 10 years.

This is me almost exactly, but my cause is most certainly stress.

^ Very similar also. I have never slept well. Usually in bed 7-8 hours but usually interrupted many times. This usually goes in for a few days until I’m just exhausted and then I’ll manage to sleep a 10-12 hour night. Rinse and repeat. Never feel rested or have good energy.

Retired almost 20 years. I rarely sleep more than 6 hrs. a night, I blame that on crazy shift work for nearly 40 years.

    8 hours, 2100-0500, usually like a rock.
I left a high stress job.
Decided to deal with problems when it's time to deal with them, not in the middle of the night.
I'm not a marijuana proponent AT ALL, but, CBD gummies REALLY help with pain and discomfort on occasion.

Typical night for me is 3 hrs of sleep, 5 mins to pee, 4 hrs of sleep, 5 mins to pee, 1-1.5 hrs of sleep. I'm usually asleep by 9:30 and up between 5:30 and 6:00.
