1998 Mercury 225 LEFI 3 liter -3 cylinders not working

My motor is currently running on 3 cylinders. Compression test good, Spark test good, and fuel pump test good. Mechanic believed the issue to be the EFI ECU. Replaced ECU but still 3 cylinders down. Not sure what to look for next. Any insight would be appreciated.
