My helix 10 gen 2 went out Labor Day. Came a pretty good hard rain while I was fishing. The next Saturday morning unit would not power on. Called humminbird and sent unit back with the $310.00 service fee. Mailed it off the 14 th. When I got home today. I had a box from humminbird! Inside was a brand new Gen 3 unit and new transducer!!!!! That’s pretty awesome.
