    Question Bouncing trailer

Just started to feel a vibration in the trailer recently, noticing my front axle bouncing a bit at higher speeds. I have a 2016 trailstar nitro duel axle trailer. I replaced a wheel hub on this axle earlier in the year with the approved hub set up. After towing the new hub is not warm, grease is fine. I also changed 1 of my tires that had uneven wear with my unused spare, still no difference. Just curious what you guys thought it could be and what my next move should be...thanks!

Could be a tire out of balance.

Are the equalizers in proper position?

I would probably start with the tire. Out of balance, out of round/separating.

Bad tire, to test that move that tire to the rear axle on the opposite side and see if the bounce moves to that spot.

If its bouncing you have a seperated tire.

If you haven't driven too far you might not be able to see that the tire is letting go. I've felt the vibration, inspected finding nothing, then 15 miles later I've got a catastrophic failure that I can plainly see in the mirror. Or a bad tire with a bad belt.

Bad tire is my guess to. You just caught it before it completely let go. If it's bouncing you should be able to visually see the defect by just spinning it and watching the treads.

If one is going most likely the others are not far behind. Check manufacture date and replace all if more than 4-5 years old.

Looked into the ez flex system, would like rebuild my equalizer system but my bolt spacing is 4 1/4 " not the 2 1/2 on their unit. I can't find a compatable set up. Any thoughts, thanks guys.
