Hello, anyone know what this yellow hose is there for ( attached image ) once motor gets up to temp its pushing hot water out thru this hose, is that normal?

Looks to be the hose that feeds the water pressure gauge. Without seeing anything else, that's my best guess.
Yep H2O pressure line.
