Bullet DC vs XDC

Good morning! Here's my situation, I have a 98 20 XDC (clean) with an even cleaner 2.5 200 EFI. I have a friend who's has a 94 DC with a 250XS (race gold block) motor. Setup wise our are about the same. I'm thinking about doing it because of the motor, but I also heard the 94's don't the reenforced transom or at least that's what Bullet told me. They also said if it's a solid transom, which it is that it shouldn't have any issues. My question is am I going backwards, or should I just repower mine? Thanks

I’m not sure if you are talking about trading rigs with your friend or buying his rig & selling yours. If it is the latter & you are happy with your boat I would buy his rig, swap motors & sell his rig with your 200 on it. Better motor fitment for both boats.
