1999 Allison/280 2.5 Offshore

Hey guys have a buddy looking at a 99 I’m not sure of the model but it’s the CC with two seats in the back. The hull has some issues such as two or three spots where the gel coat is cut through the glass. It is not in perfect shape. He’s waiting to get a leak down/compression test and the trailer is a 2021. I’m awaiting for pics. I know that 280 is a monster and this is going to be a rocket but any idea on fair pricing. Both the boat and motor are 1999. He can buy it for $17,000 but in my opinion there’s a lot to fix. Mice in the hull, old gas lines, boat hasn’t been registered since 2013 but has been run. Not apples to apples but just for a comparison, my Alley is a 1995 xb2003 / 225 promax. The hull has a couple spots that probably should be fixed, nothing major, carpet is still usable and motor needed rebuilt. I got it for $9750. About 5k in motor rebuild, $500 ecm work, $2k for hydrolic steering and a $1000 for some graphs. Less than 20k I have a boat that runs close to 90mph, everything works on it and I don't have a boat payment.
