    Swimbait/glide/a-rig rod?

I'm looking for a multipurpose rod that I can throw medium to larger sized swimbaits and glide baits, as well as a-rigs. And take it to the coast every now and then to chunk big hair jigs for redfish and maybe reel up some red snapper. Any suggestions?

Not sure what your budget is but I use a Megabass P5 Tequila Baccarac for all those things as well as 10XDs.

I use my Fury 795sb for all the above.

The Daiwa Kage 79MHRB A-Rig rod is a true diamond in the rough. "Medium to Large swimbaits" can mean a lot of different things depending on the crowd, so if you're talking 4 oz. plus baits, there are other options. The Kage is rated from 1 - 4 oz. and I use it more for swimbaits and glide baits than I do for A-rigs, though it's a fantastic A-rig rod as well.

Dobyns Fury 806. That's a excellent do all rod. The 795 is more moderate , excellent for baits up to 3 oz with treble hooks. Don't sleep on the Dobyns Bull Shad rod either.

Don’t laugh but if you want a awesome cheap rod for up to 3oz the bps 7’10 mag heavy crankin stick rated 1-4 oz is hard to beat I’ve been using it all summer with my 6” bullgill and it’s been great. And cheap enough to not worry about traveling.

I use an iRod Kaimana SWK804 for my swimbaits over 1.5oz and A-rigs. It's sold as an inshore rod for Calico and yellowtail so it should work well for redfish and other saltwater applications. It's definitely not as popular as the Dobyns but for the price I was impressed with the build quality and how heavy duty it feels.
