Humminbird 360 help

Purchased a solix 10 msi
And a Regular 360 humminbird
the 360 ping will not turn on I try to turn it on but it goes off instantly
all software updates are done and the solix is finding the 360 but the ping will not go on
I have 12.7 volts is a direct wire to the battery both units running on same wires (12 gauge)
any Help would be greatly appreciated

I have a similar setup. Is there a network box involved? Or other units?

No it’s stand alone

Are you trying on the water there is wet switch on the 360 so will not work unless 360 is in the water or a wet rag covering the wet switch.

The only similar issues I’ve had involved the 5 port switch. No idea why it would not work directly connected.

I just remembered a problem I had when I was using an Onix. I had to power on the Onix fully then turn the 360 off and back on. I did this by disconnecting the 360 power cable.

I just experienced your problem after updating my Solix software to 4.70. I have two Solix units connected and neither will control the 360. My 999 unit can still control the 360 however.
