Diacom Help

Any one have the Diacom software/adapter for Mercury (1999) that would be willing to check my engine codes/faults?
I am willing to pay.
I do not have the cash to pay for that system yet, but it is on my radar.
I have a check engine light and I have not found a shop that has the equipment to connect to a 1999 Optimax.
They all have a newer system (G3 I think?) and that does not help me
