Efi or Optmax?

Looking at two boats of the same model 2 years difference in age. Boat number one is a 1999 with a 200hp Efi. Hours are unknown. Power head was replaced in 05.

Boat number 2 is a 2001 with a 225 opti. The engine has 68 original hours on it. I do know it is all original. It's not had any injector work etc.
Boat number 2 is a bit more expensive than no1. I am curious what the cost would be to replace the parts needed to bring it current.
I have gotten a lot of mixed thoughts on this. I have been a Yamaha owner for the last 18 years. So I am a little out of the Mercury loop.

well i would go with door number 2 the gain in power plus economy , many things need to be done to opti but still would choose it , my opinion #1 is under powered also (if its rated 225 buy a 225)report back with choice
