Wanting to go to Lake Barkley the first part of Oct. to bass fish, would be fishing in the Prizer Point area. Haven't been there in 5 years. Has anyone heard any reports on the bass fishing from that area? How is the carp in that area this year?

Every year seems like a few less carp than the last, but still plenty of them. Lots of 15" fish and the occasional 3lber or so. I wouldn't expect anything crazy but you should be able to catch a few fish and have a good time.
