restore color and shine

what is the best method and products to restoring "white" on an older boat? I have a 2004 with the base main color being plain white, it has heavy silver metal flake strips and heavy metal flake red accents and the two metal flake colors have held up great and have great shine. I have thought the white looked good also .....until..... i just removed a decal to replace it the white under it was brighter and had much better shine the white now seems like it has a haze to it, if not fishing the boat has always been garage stored

I just wet sanded and used the protec sytem on my boat over the weekend. Got to say I am impressed. Though my boats was not too bad it made the colors pop and no more cloudiness. Time will tell if the sealer will keep the oxidation away.
