It was a tough day only one limit of four weighted in. They had just over 6lbs. 5lbs was second and 4.86 lbs was third.

we had 8 but most came off the pilings and one tree in the water close to pilings? island area seems way too shallow for bass? only been there once in my life so any advice welcomed 25 minutes from home so close if the fishing is good or ok?

Been catching them in the 5-8 ft range. What's weird is I can't get bit on a moving bait.
