As title says, I just bought a 1992 Panterra II with original Merc 200. It has a 25 tempest plus, but it has some good size nicks in it. I don’t want to spend any money fixing it if there is a better option. I’m curious what our old wise men say is best overall performing prop for this set up.
We would go to a 24” Fury. That was not an option in 1992,

get the tempest freshen up and dropped to a 24p might also be a good way to go call mark at marks' propeller service or ronnie gilbert props as he is amazing on basscats props I hear?

Always ran a 25p on my 93 PII and had great results.

I ran a 24p trophy on my 95. Lost a little top end speed but that thing would jump out of the hole in a heartbeat. Fully loaded too.
