    I need a remodeler

    Property is in Portland. I need to do a kitchen floor repair/replace and possible new countertops and cabinets. Possibly other work also.

    Good luck. I tried finding someone and had 3-4 no shows after setting appointments and the only guy that did show up wanted $400 sq/ft to remodel my kitchen.
