    Throttle position sensor

    I am looking for a throttle position sensor (TPS) for a Suzuki DT 25. Others have told me to use one for a 80hp motor. So i ordered one, installed it, set it to suggested settings and all works fine until you get to 5200 rpms then sputters and wont go any faster. Hope someone can help.

    Sounds like you're hitting the rev limiter? Maybe the tach is misreading the RPM?
