    Power Pole Customer Service

    I felt the need to post this.

    Had a pump issue with a pole. Spoke to Todd from PP. Diagnosed what may be the problem and shipping parts immediately. Assured me they would look further into the problem if the part does not help with pump.

    I have never witnessed this type of customer care as a boat owner. Speaking to a live technician 1200 miles away without ever being on hold is unheard of nowadays.

    I have heard their service is top notch - just another example.

    Great to hear this. Wife may have a huge issue if/when the PP Trolling motor comes out. Love the Ghost so far though.

    I had a problem and it was all my fault they shipped part free they are GREAT
