    Is my transducer installed wrong?

Does everyone who has an avx have their SI transducer mounted like mine where it’s slanted to match the angle of the hull as opposed to being flush with the ground? Just wondering if it should be flush with the ground for better readings.

Loosen the screws, level it out. Took me a few minutes.

Its not really mounted wrong. Its just not adjusted properly.

You may have to wallow out the mounting holes a little in order to level it. That is what mine took.

That or just take out the center screw and fill it then level it with the other two.
