Anybody have problems with fuel gauge on there boat , mine reads fill then 1/2 to 1/4 then back to half it's all over the place even if I shut of motor sit still turn on and gives me different readings , fill her up and says full then not even a 30 min. run shows half or 3/4 driving me nuts.
I use my digital gauge to monitor fuel. It's pretty accurate. But my other gauge does not fluctuate like yours
My digital gauge seems like its doing the same thing doesn't give me right number when fill her up I GET 70% WHEN FILLED
They are junk 100 grand boats can’t even get the fuel gauge right Skeeter should be proud
mine does same thing, and trim gauge doesn't work, and water pressure gauge doesn't work
take it to your dealer, thats a warranty repair!
Well I just put a brand new FXR21 2023 on the water yesterday. Neither fuel gauge on the boat worked.

Yep when she goes to be winterized will have them check this out ,
I had a 2020 FXR. The fuel gauges worked fine the whole time. One very cold day, they did kind of act up like some described above. But after that day, never had a problem again.
As for the 2023, I'm getting ZERO reading on either the digital or gauge fuel meters. It reads 0 with a full tank of fuel.
Nothing like a new boat costing almost $100k w/ no fuel gauges working.

Yes u are right about the trucks , for what they cost they rust away way to fast
