Long story short both of my units still had software versions. 2.10. I did the required updates to 2.280 on both. I then did the Basemaps update 1.031 as directed. No issues at all. Neither unit will even recognize the 2.750 update. Tried different cards, downloaded from HB again etc. No luck.
Gonna call HB tommorrow.
