Ever since I had my Legend my Fortex has interfered with my forward Humminbird graph. Isolated and shielded power line and many other efforts failed. Decided to upgrade to the Lowrance Ghost with the brushless motor and low and behold no more interference. Great trolling motor. Only one small complaint. Not to fond of the foot pedal, but more then happy with the unit.
I had it with my Fortrex and Humminbird bow mount, called Humminbird and they sent me a new power wire and a ferrite choke, worked well.

$3500 the cost of the ghost cured my problem. I never fixed it while using my fortrex
