Question Power Pole slow to retract?

Hey guys, I have a set of new (3-4 months old) 8 ft. Pro II poles / CM2. Within the first month I noticed the port pole started retracting slower than the stbd. I didn't think much of it at first but it seems to have gotten worse over the last two weekends. Port side takes 5-10 seconds longer to retract. Both still deploy at the exact same speed. I updated to the latest firmware but that made no difference. What should I look at as the possible problem?

Not positive but every hand full if trips I go in deep water, press down till down and then keep pressing for another 7 seconds, then same up, and extra, repeat a few times seems to help mine

Will do. Also, should I run diagnostics in deep water or should I run it in 4-5 ft where the poles will anchor?

I had the same issue as you.

Run it where they fully extend. That's what I had to do for a proper diagnostic... which revealed a valve issue.

Attempted to run the diagnostic test 3 times today. Each time the stbd pole disconnects from the app after the slow retract and terminates the test. Port pole still retracting slower than stbd.
