    2014 z8 250 proxs

When starting out should hydraulic jack plate be up and engine trim be down for getting on plane?
when slowing down to a stop what position should the jackplate and trim be in ?
    Thanks

Up on plate and down on the trim when starting off. Trim back down when coming off plane. I usually bring my jack back up as well. I don’t have a z8 but that’s how my Procraft 210 Super Pro likes it.

To take off and sit down the engine should be all the way down. All the way

to get the best whole shot the plate can be up quite a way but as the bow starts coming down you probably want to be lowering the plate some.

I would probably have the plate set for the conditions as I come off plane, and if I get back wash on the rear deck I would start lowering the plate some to find the point where it doesn't wash the deck.
