    Mercury 450R on a pontoon boat.

    Don't know the story but saw this one today while fishing. The lake is about 1.5 miles long. Seems a little overpowered for a small lake.

    We have "river lake" here that has a 40 MPH limit on the water.....seen several resident pontoon boats with 300's........

    There are loads on LOZ with 2 on them. Kelly's Port Marine had a tri toon last fall with a 600 on it.

    I can prop my boat to only run 50 mph... Who says he has 450 hp for speed? Maybe he shuttles a full load with a couple tubes behind? Maybe he has a second home on a huge lake?

    Had my Ranger up to 73 mph today. On I-96 that is.

    This has been nice. Coming home and able to stop in the middle of the road to back the boat it. Takes me a minute to get to the boat launch. 20 minutes to get to where you are on Hardisty. My sister lives over that way.
