Ghost nosecone?

Question for you who have installed the 3 in 1 nose cone for 360. Was it worth doing and have often are you able to use 360 with ffs on tm shaft?

I changed the nose cone. Definitely worth the change imo. With the new nose cone you also get sidescan. I do not use the 360 much but it does work if you have calm water. I use mostly sidescan.

Use sidescan more than other features so the 3in1 was worth the $$$$.

I am happy with mine as well! I have used 360 a lot actually. I think it is great especially in calm water, but it definitely gives the opportunity to find more structure nearby!

I changed it in my last boat to the 3-in-1. I didnt really care for the Ghost 360, and I don’t use side scan on my trolling motor.

I’m not putting the 3-in-1 on my next boat.

I have been disappointed as the 2D scan never seems to work and the 360 is hit and miss.

Something is wrong then, 2D is the same as what came with the Ghost (HDI nosecone) and what do you mean by hit and miss? Mine works perfect. I can't always find something new every time out but it scans and projects an image. What does yours do that doesn't make you happy?

OK let me add a little twist to this thread… I have Active Target & I use scout mode quite often. I was also considering the 3-1 nosecone but I’m not entirely sure it’s necessary if I have AT already ? Thoughts ?

2D isn't working at all now, 360 is hit and miss.
I've had Lowrance products for over 10 years.
Upgraded to 3-Carbon 9's and 1-12, New Ghost Trolling motor, Active Target and all need wiring harness to link everything together and every weekend it is one issue after another.
Navonic cards that worked in the Gen 3's don't work in the Carbon units.
For the amount of money I had to spend here in Canada I'm very disappointed in the products.
