Bent Prop, Fix it or leave it?

    Hey guys,

Ran into some rocks, minimal damage to my skeg but noticed one of the prop blades bent.
I did not feel any vibration or notice any difference in the ride afterwards but don’t want to cause any future damage.

What would you do? Can it be fixed or do I need to replace it.

Its a Fury 4 on a Merc 250 Pro XS

No question... Mark can fix it better than new.

I wouldn't run it like that except to get back to a ramp. I agree, send it to Mark.

Prolly do better getting on the site and putting your work order in, then just mail the prop to him.

Ok, didn’t know I can do that. What’s the turn around typically? If I mailed today you think it would be ready mid week next week?

I’ve tried Mark twice. He does good work but don’t expect the holy grail of props. Just have a local straighten it out and you will be fine. Definitely don’t run it like that.

I tried a couple shops near me and they were too busy for anything soon.
I want to get back on the water asap and as long as it does it’s job and doesn’t damage anything, I’m ok with it.
