    Water on board

I have a Yamaha V max sho 250 and I have a lot of water coming up between the motor and the boat getting the back of the boat all wet ,was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this

Do you mean when coming off plane? If so that’s pretty normal, just slow down slower or crack the throttle a little as it’s setting down to avoid the deck wash.

If it's happening in reverse, try trimming the motor up first to direct the water below the boat. The jack plate is like a damn funnel when in reverse!

Hole shot plate would stop water from coming up the jack plate
