    Ultrex pedal froze.

I have a 24v 80lb ultrex. Was out fishing and the pedal works fine when pushing the toe down but won’t budge at all when you try to push with the heel. Decided to use the remote and the trolling motor steers both ways without issue so guessing my issue is in the pedal somewhere. Any help. Thanks!!

Easy fix, about a 75 dollar part to fix yourself. Drive the pedal pin out and take the plate off the bottom that’s held on with 12 or so Phillips screws. Steering sensor is plugged in down there, 2 zip ties to snip off and plug the new sensor in located under the pedal portion. YouTube suggests removing the speed dial but if your careful it can be done without. It’s a 15 minute job and can save dropping it off at a service center
