1995 Mercury 115 HP 2 stroke starter acting up then motor rattles

Hey all,

Yesterday I was on the lake and I went to start up and move spots when it seemed like I had a dead battery. As if the starter did not have enough juice to turn the flywheel. I finally got her to start and now my outboard sounds like it’s rattling. Maybe the specket on the starter is stuck up on the flywheel??? It didn’t lose any power whatsoever. Just rattling. I can’t figure out how to upload a video of it from my iPhone onto here. Has anyone ran into this??
