Boat has been sitting since March. Finnaly got gear case for it, went out once before this about 2 weeks ago to try out gear case everything was great.

Today I go fishing and I'm trying to get some old gas put of it at the ramp while waiting on the truck. Make a few passes down the river and on the second at 6 grand it just fell. Runs rough but still cranks and idles.

Any ideas?

pull plugs and look for damage or metal. might have an injector that stuck or died. run compression test, sounds like you dropped a cylinder maybe?

Came home, ran compression test. I jave a dead cylinder. Don't know which number but it's the top cylinder on passenger side

So after I looked back at plugs, I noticed no shavings or anything on plug. Could it just be a blow head gasket?

Possible, pop the head and have a look, that would be #2 cylinder.

No big deal, I'll try to sell for a little while, if not I'll put new power head on it.
