new ranger has the rear transducer mounted to the hull with the wire on the back side running up the hull from underneath the step. . I thought the wire had to be in the front leading the transducer to make the side image correct on screen and I know it can be inverted in the settings? on what menu do I find this to make sure it is correct??

Drive by a tree or dock something you can verify left and right of the boat on the screen. If you have to flip it got to SS page and it on the last menu on the right side of the screen. Flip left and Right.
