I remember those. Me and my brothers would fight over who got the toy. My moms rule was whoever poured it out when having a bowl got the toy.
No but I remember eating Captain Crunch and only picking out all of the crunch berries and leaving the other stuff behind.
We were poor growing up...so we mainly bought the generic bag cereal. On occasion when we could afford, we bought name brand and me and my sister would alternate between the cereal and who got the toy. She always wanted the super sugar laced cereals, where I'm easy going. Honey Nut Cheerios. AHAHAHHAHAHAH
Been fishin' since I was 5 years old...Thanks Grandpa!
I used to get a DR Grabow pipe with Prince Albert pipe tobacco. It took quite a bit of tobacco. You had to send in the liners from the cans. Long time ago.
I remember sending a form off to Battle Creek Michigan for something
I remember quaker oatmeal even had toys in them. I have a couple wooden yoyo's somewhere that came out of them
Yep. Took forever to pick which one I wanted. Anyone else remember the candy cigarettes?
One cereal had little dinosaurs in it. I’d eat the stuff fast so I could get the next one.
I remember Granma smoking "Chesterfield's" just to get the coupons on the pack, also the S&H Green stamps and Top Value yellow stamps at the grocery and gas stations.
Would pick out honeycombs cereal as a kid, just to get the little license plate that came in it to put on my bike. Didn’t even like honeycombs as a kid.
