ok need some help, When i turn on my master switch the Navigation switch light is power on but the switch is off plus the stern light has power. i changed out switch and no joy. any suggestions?

Well I figured it out, so to help in the future, the bow light switch was bad it was rattling internally and creating power to come on and off intermittently.
